• Eight+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proven track record taking a product from early idea through launch to scale.
• Designed modular frontend platforms with shared component infrastructure.
• Strong emphasis on usability and collaboration with designers.
• Hands-on experience with testing, CI/CD and build systems.
• Ability to explain technical choices clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical roadmap for the web platform.
• Write production code and ship features across homeowner and contractor portals.
• Build shared components and reusable frontend foundations.
• Guide rendering, state management and data fetching decisions.
• Improve performance, observability and web security.
