Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to help build the intelligent infrastructure behind HVAC systems, leveraging connected sensors and AI for real-time diagnostics, predictive maintenance and optimization.

You will own the architecture and roadmap for the web platform, build scalable frameworks, translate AI telemetry into intuitive UX, set engineering standards, and mentor the team as you scale the product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web development/product engineering experience.
• Ownership of customer facing web platform through growth and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in modern React, Next.js and TypeScript interfaces and Python backend services.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and roadmap for the web platform.
• Build scalable frameworks, component libraries and design systems.
• Turn complex AI and telemetry data into intuitive user experiences.
• Establish engineering standards across testing, accessibility, performance and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the team.
