Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to lead the development of a growing web platform used by homeowners and HVAC professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over architectural direction and delivery.

You’ll write production code in React, Next.js and TypeScript, collaborate with the VP of Engineering and designers, and guide telemetry-driven features from concept to shipping across homeowner and contractor portals.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Ability to lead architecture while writing production code.
• Experience shipping production web features at scale.
• Strong collaboration with design and product teams.
• Proficiency with testing, CI/CD and build systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical roadmap for the web platform.
• Build production applications using React, Next.js and TS.
• Create shared components and frontend foundations.
• Improve rendering, state management and data fetching.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs and data integrations.
• Elevate testing, accessibility, performance and security.
