Job summary

RC Talent is seeking a Sr. UX/UI Lead Engineer to own the customer-facing experience across our React-based applications.

You will rethink how users discover information, monitor equipment health, and navigate workflows while leveraging research, data, and measurable outcomes to validate design decisions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, support, marketing, and leadership to define the experience before building it, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled development and scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend software‑engineering experience.
• Strong production experience building customer‑facing and internal applications with React.
• Demonstrated experience owning user experiences beyond implementing designs.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, or product‑discovery activities.
• Experience turning user feedback into practical product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and modernize external and internal React applications.
• Lead redesigns of workflows to improve equipment health and operational performance.
• Conduct user interviews, workflow reviews, and usability testing.
• Translate customer behavior and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Use analytics and heat maps to evaluate platform usage.
• Create dashboards and dynamic experiences for users to act on information.
• Explore AI-enabled and personalized product experiences by user role.
