Job summary

Procore seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering, to lead the design and delivery of an agentic security fleet for its SaaS platform from Austin. You will partner with Security, Product & Technology, IT, and GRC to align, unblock dependencies, and drive secure, scalable programs.

You will champion AI-native security practices, manage multi-quarter programs, and communicate with executives on progress and risks. This role is based in Austin, TX and starts immediately.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with AI/ML, autonomous agents, or security automation.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and align distributed teams.
• Strong executive communication for leadership updates.
• Familiarity with model deployment pipelines and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procore's agentic security fleet across product, security, and IT teams.
• Define and manage structure for multi-quarter initiatives — milestones, risks, and escalation paths.
• Translate security priorities into actionable programs with measurable outcomes and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.
• Identify and resolve blockers; escalate to senior leadership as needed.
• Establish and improve program delivery practices, tooling, and rituals for an AI-native security team.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executives clearly.
• Evaluate architectural and product decisions impacting scope, timeline, or quality.
