Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering, to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an AI-driven, autonomous security fleet for Procore’s SaaS platform.

You will coordinate across security, product and technology, IT, and GRC to keep critical programs on track and scale with growth. You will shape strategy, drive multi-quarter programs, and translate priorities into measurable outcomes while engaging executive stakeholders with clear updates and risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience delivering transformational or greenfield programs, especially with AI/ML or autonomous systems.
• Strong understanding of security engineering concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and coordinate multi-team programs across orgs.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to simplify complex technical updates for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procore's agentic security fleet across product, security, and IT teams.
• Define and manage complex, multi-quarter program structures with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate security priorities into actionable programs with measurable outcomes and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Identify and resolve blockers; escalate to senior leadership when needed.
• Establish and improve delivery practices, tooling, and rituals for an AI-native security team.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive audiences.
