• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Data-driven approach; builds reporting and uses metrics to steer strategy.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles.
• Build deep passive pipelines across niche channels including GitHub, ArXiv, and technical communities.
• Advise engineering and product leadership on role profiles and hiring bars; translate business goals into hiring strategy.
• Use data to monitor pipeline health, dashboards, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Design scalable hiring processes that protect candidate experience.
• Contribute to Nubank's employer brand in a competitive market.
