Aaru, a New York-based team building simulations of human behavior, is hiring a Technical Recruiter. You will own end-to-end hiring across engineering and research in the US, partnering with senior leaders to recruit exceptional engineers, researchers, and designers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing in high-growth tech companies.
• Genuine care for candidate experience.
• Creative use of AI to work smarter.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence at various levels in an organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple pipelines across Engineering and Research, from first touch to signed offer.
• Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies.
• Design and deliver high-quality candidate experiences to aid closing.
• Run interview processes with care and continuous improvement.
• Own the offer processes, including extending offers, negotiations, and generating letters.
• Build strong relationships and trust across Aaru.
