• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, highly visible technical programs across product and platform.
• Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders through full program lifecycle.
• Understand architecture and propose technical alternatives to improve delivery.
• Plan requirements with Product and Engineering, manage risks, and communicate status.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate with senior leadership.
