Affirm is a remote-first fintech company seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for building consumer and merchant products. As products scale, you will help Product and Engineering scale our program-management practices and frameworks for quality software development.

You will coordinate across engineering and other stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or EE or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive complex, high-visibility technical programs across teams.
Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders through full program lifecycle.
Understand architecture levels and propose technical alternatives.
Plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules with cross-functional partners.
