Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for building customer and merchant products. You will work with Product and Engineering to implement scalable frameworks and drive cross-functional delivery across remote- and office-based teams.

You will mentor teams, manage risks, and communicate status to executives while aligning architecture decisions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with Eng, Product, Design, Analytics.
• Mentor and level up team members.
• Experience with distributed backend systems and FinTech/payments is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across remote and on-site teams.

Responsibilities
