Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs and streamline processes for customer and merchant products. You will collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and other teams to align goals and drive improvements as product lines scale.

You will implement lean processes, run data-driven frameworks, and develop communication strategies to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs and change in a tech environment.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex transformation & operational programs to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy and priorities.
