In this remote-first role, you will craft data-driven frameworks, influence key decisions, and help deliver customer and merchant products that are reliable and transparent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8+ years of experience managing programs and change within tech.
• Strong technical background with software development process understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
