You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize planning, manage dependencies, and drive value realization while maintaining strong customer focus. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a tech environment.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail with ability to make tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, high-visibility transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Implement lean processes and improve ways of working to realize value from planning.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs and investment decisions.
• Develop communication strategies for information flow across the organization.
• Partner with teams to plan changes, manage risks and dependencies, and drive clarity and efficiency.
• Identify needs, test ideas to address inefficiencies and promote transparency and accountability.
