Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation & operational programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Implement lean processes and drive better ways of working to realize value from planning.
• Establish and run data-driven frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs.
• Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan change requirements and manage dependencies.
• Identify and distill needs, experiment with new ideas to address systemic inefficiencies.
