Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to join the Mission Systems team. You will lead a multi-disciplinary IPT to deliver Contractor Logistics Support for OT&E and sustainment, with potential CAM responsibilities and EVMS-based targets.

This role requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a strong track record in complex systems engineering across product support disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12+ years of related experience (or advanced degree with fewer years).
• Technical domain knowledge in at least two IPT/Product Support disciplines listed.
• Proven success leading and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a fast-paced environment.
• US citizenship and an active/current U.S. Government Secret Clearance (ability to obtain TS).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Product Support work products for a Group-5 unmanned aircraft system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and allocate requirements.
• Support proposal estimates and negotiations.
