Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff SEIT Lead to direct the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test efforts on an on-site program in Linthicum, MD. The role requires a strong background in MBSE, CAM, and the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and the customer.

Responsibilities include leading SE teams, managing program reviews, and ensuring technical and schedule integrity across engineering disciplines, with a focus on delivering critical systems and maintaining program baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience in STEM fields; 4 years can substitute for degree.
• Active U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain SAP and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SEIT effort across the program, ensuring integration and test across engineering elements.
• Plan and lead program reviews and milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Define system definitions in MBSE and ensure model compliance with program needs.
• Maintain cost and schedule control as CAM and ensure technical baseline integrity.
• Interface with the customer and with Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and System Architect.
