Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks a Staff SI&T Engineer Lead to coordinate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes system integration, test planning, and ensuring schedule and cost objectives across a multi-disciplinary program.

The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, communication skills, and a track record in test documentation, configuration management, and risk handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Experience with EMD programs, including mode integration and system acceptance testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to track milestones and deliverables.
• Proficient in generating technical documents and using software/data tools such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform production follow of systems through their life cycle to ensure sell-off and delivery of systems.
• Be responsible for lab asset configurations across teams.
• Support mode integration shifts and troubleshooting.
• Ensure cost, schedule, and technical execution using PM, systems engineering, and IPT practices.
• Lead cross-IPT team goals through influence and strong stakeholder communication.
• Develop and review test documentation and test programs for various facilities.
