Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead with a strong mechanical/electrical background for Linthicum, MD. The role requires leading a team to transition designs to production on the Chilled Water program and interfacing with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have 12+ years in engineering or a Master’s with 10+ years, plus active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active and current Secret government clearance.
• Experience with hardware design or hardware integration & test.
• Experience moving hardware through the BWI factory.
• Experience with CAM activities and EVMS.
• Fluency in developing and executing project schedules.
• Experience reporting project status to management or customers.
• Demonstrated leadership in IPT roles or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production for the Chilled Water program.
• Interface with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal or external leadership on progress.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with diverse tasks.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, organization and clear communication.
