Virtru is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for the Delivery Engineering organization in San Francisco. You will lead deployment automation, build air-gapped delivery paths, and partner with QA to ensure reproducible, reliable deployments across Kubernetes environments.

You will influence platform capabilities, measure deployment metrics, and mentor junior engineers while promoting a DevOps-first culture and AI-native design patterns to scale deployments non-linearly.

Qualifications

• Shipped software into air-gapped or offline environments with no internet access.
• Experience with Kubernetes across distributions and real Helm packaging depth.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and reproducible environments.

Responsabilités

• Own deployment automation for the Data Security Platform, including packaging, install, upgrade, and validation.
• Build an air-gapped delivery path end-to-end with offline bundles and signed artifacts.
• Partner with QA to build reproducible test fleets and deployment harnesses across Kubernetes and providers.
