Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead the evolution of the Password Safe platform, infrastructure, and deployment ecosystem. You will architect highly available systems spanning cloud and on‑prem environments and mentor engineers to advance reliability across our services.

You will drive Everything as Code, continuous deployment, and robust observability. The role blends systems engineering with software development to scale platforms and reduce toil at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering with at least 2 years in a Senior or Staff level.
• Proven track record of automating and managing infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Strong containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster administration, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain highly available, secure systems across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on‑prem environments.
• Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines; treat infrastructure as code and drive GitOps workflows.
• Build and evolve telemetry stacks (metrics/logs/traces) and define SLOs/SLIs for critical apps.
