Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems with Go or a comparable systems language.
• Track record designing and shipping high-impact backend or platform systems used by many engineers.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on cross-team initiatives and architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Own core developer infrastructure platforms, including CI/build systems and deployment orchestration, across the full lifecycle.
• Identify high-leverage problems, turn ambiguities into concrete roadmaps, drive alignment across teams.
• Drive improvements to build/CI throughput, deployment speed, and developer feedback latency.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives end to end, including large-scale platform migrations.
• Raise reliability by owning SLOs, observability, and on-call; design for fast recovery.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing, and shared ownership.
