CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer who designs and delivers enterprise-grade software powering clinician-facing experiences and performance management. You will architect highly distributed systems, set technical direction, and mentor teams across functions.

This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and delivering customer-focused releases. This is a full-time, on-site position offering opportunities to work with cloud platforms and modern frontend tech across the stack,

Qualifications

7–10 years of software engineering experience.
Experience with multiple programming languages (polyglot).
Experience with full-stack development and large-scale systems.
Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge.
Ability to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide technical initiatives focusing on maintainability and scalability.
Architect and build distributed, enterprise-grade systems.
