Qualifications

Strong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
Experience as a polyglot software engineer across languages such as C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python.
6+ months of AI-assisted development tools experience (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
Experience with full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems end-to-end in production.
Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and full-stack development patterns.
Strong experience with cloud vendors: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Clear and effective communication.
Ability to travel quarterly or as needed.
Adept at problem solving, decision making, collaboration, and growth mindset.
Adept at execution and delivery, and business intelligence.
