• 12+ years of software engineering experience with senior/staff level.
• Strong expertise in Java and JVM tuning.
• Experience designing distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy & Architecture: design healthcare apps using Java/Spring on AWS.
• Hands-on Engineering: contribute 40-50% code, review PRs and build POCs.
• Tech Leadership: set standards, code reviews, architecture governance.
• Mentorship: elevate engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Operational Excellence: own reliability, observability, and CI/CD.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate tech to business value with product.
• Architect AI Training & Execution Harnesses: build scalable AI pipelines and tools.
• Design AI Skills: create reusable toolsets and prompts for AI models.
