Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. You will craft rich dashboards, build resilient microservices, and integrate with diverse data objects and third-party systems.

You’ll champion DevOps, embed AI features, and guide teams across frontend, backend, and cloud operations to optimize payer metadata and lifecycle contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.
• Proficiency with modern JS frameworks and backend languages; ability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of highly scalable web applications.
• Architect dashboards and data visualization surfaces for complex insights.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and data integration layers with diverse data objects.
