This hands-on technical leader will design dashboards, build microservices, and integrate with diverse data objects and third‑party systems, while advancing DevOps and AI‑driven features across payer operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development and scalable applications.
• Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and data visualization libraries.
• Deep expertise in server-side languages and scalable microservices architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and data integration.
• Hands-on AI model integration and tooling experience.
• Public cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications.
• Architect and implement dashboards and data visualizations surface complex insights.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and data integration layers with third-party systems.
• Champion AI/ML integration into core products and automate workflows.
• Drive CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC for availability and rapid releases.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and performance profiling across the stack.
• Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers and shape technical roadmap.
• Handle ambiguity by engaging stakeholders to define actionable requirements.
