Job summary

Commure is building the AI-native healthcare operating system. We’re hiring a Staff Software Product Engineer to drive the rebuild of biller-workflow surfaces—frontend and backend—across several teams. You’ll own the architectural direction, data-dense UIs, and AI-powered workflow enhancements.

You will lead multi-month, multi-team initiatives, raise the bar for engineering excellence, and mentor engineers while partnering with product, design, and billing operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building large-scale, full-stack apps with multi-team leadership.
• Experience leading frontend design systems and shared components.
• Strong API design for large datasets with filtering, grouping, and pagination.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the biller-workflow platform across frontend and backend.
• Establish standards and patterns for components, data-fetching, contracts, testing, and observability.
• Lead the hardest cross-cutting problems end-to-end with multiple teams and stakeholders.
