Job summary

Commure is building an AI-native platform for healthcare, focused on AI-powered billing, scheduling, and claims processing. The Staff Software Product Engineer will set technical direction across teams, aligning frontend, backend, and data components to deliver scalable, reliable biller workflows for American healthcare providers.

You will lead data-dense UI work, EDI plumbing, and AI-embedded features, shaping the architecture for a multi-team rebuild and rapid production deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building large-scale, full-stack applications with technical leadership across teams.
• Frontend leadership: orchestrated design-system adoption and cross-team standards to raise engineering quality.
• Strong API and data-layer design for REST endpoints, filtering, grouping, pagination.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the biller-workflow platform across multiple teams and drive adoption.
• Establish standards for component design, data-fetching, API contracts, testing, and observability.
• Lead hardest cross-cutting problems end-to-end: data-dense tables, bulk operations, and unified claim activity timeline.
