Qualifications

• 8+ years building large-scale, full-stack applications with multi-team direction.
• Experience establishing frontend design systems and shared component architectures across an org.
• Deep React rendering optimization and data-dense UI expertise.
• Strong API design for REST with filtering, grouping, and pagination.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for a major rebuild of biller-workflow platforms across multiple teams.
• Establish standards, patterns, and API contracts for frontend and backend work.
• Lead cross-cutting problems: large data tables, bulk operations, and unified activity timelines.
• Mentor engineers and ensure architecture reviews, code quality, and observability.
