Job summary

Commure is building an AI-native healthcare operating system. We’re hiring a Staff Software Product Engineer to set technical direction for the biller-workflow platform, spanning frontend and backend across multiple teams.

You’ll lead multi-team initiatives, define architecture, and drive performance, reliability, and fast, data-dense UIs in a healthcare domain with large-scale claims data and EDI workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building large-scale, full-stack apps across multiple teams.
• Strong TS/React and Python production experience.
• Experience designing design systems and front-end architectures.
• Healthcare domain familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the biller-workflow platform across teams.
• Establish frontend/backend standards, data-fetching, API contracts, testing, and observability.
• Lead cross-cutting problems like data-dense tables, bulk operations, and timelines.
• Mentor engineers and ensure reliability and performance in production.
