Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff SEIT Lead for 100% on-site work in Linthicum, MD. You will lead the SE team, manage program reviews, and define system definitions within an MBSE framework to meet program needs and customer expectations.

The role requires a strong SE background, active U.S. Secret Clearance, and CAM/EVMS expertise. You will coordinate with engineers and customers to ensure technical baseline integrity throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/engineering with extensive SEIT experience.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance and SAP access when required.
• Experience leading SE teams through proposals to CDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical management and execution of the SE team.
• Plan, execute, and close out program reviews and milestones.
• Define system definitions in an MBSE framework and ensure compliance.
