Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Linthicum/Baltimore, MD is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal EW Systems Engineer to design, test, and mentor on advanced radar and EW systems. You will lead HWIL/SWIL activities, analyze data, and contribute to SEWIP program development.

Role requires up to 100% onsite work, active Interim/Final Secret clearance, and collaboration across a diverse engineering team within the MSTS division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship and Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.
• Experience designing, integrating, or testing EW/Radar systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and ability to develop data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed RF test plans and setups to assess system performance.
• Design HWIL/SWIL test benches to reproduce results from remote facilities.
• Coordinate RF data collection and analysis across labs and remote facilities.
• Troubleshoot RF test setups and operational issues via RCA.
• Document results and present analysis to senior leaders and customers.
