Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal SEIT Lead to direct the systems engineering, integration, and test activities on a Maryland program. This on-site role requires strong MBSE leadership, CAM cost control, and clear interface with the customer and program management.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with the SOW, and drive program milestones while maintaining the evolving MBSE model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years in STEM.
• U.S. Citizenship and Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain SAP.
• Experience leading SEIT/Engineering PM roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SEIT, integration and test effort.
• Plan and close program reviews and milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Define MBSE framework and align with SOW.
• Interface with customer and program leadership.
• Manage risk, CAM, TPMs, and program baselines.
