Qualifications

• Extensive SEIT background with system engineering, integration and testing
• Solid understanding of EOIR design principles and architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the program's engineering direction and technical execution across design, development, and delivery
• Serve as the technical authority and chair of the Technical Review Board
• Coordinate with Product Team Leads, PM, and customers to ensure program baseline integrity
• Oversee design reviews and ensure alignment with IMS and quality standards
• Drive process improvements and risk management within the program
