Qualifications

• 6+ years in security or infrastructure engineering, including 4+ leading multi-team technical programs.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Security Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field
• Expertise with cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Hands-on depth with enterprise access control and video platforms (Lenel, Genet, Milestone, or peers) and their APIs and integrations
• Project planning and execution skills that include JIRA, reviewing technical design documents, security controls, estimating, and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of strategic, durable security services.
• Design end-to-end multi-domain security solutions spanning physical security, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Partner with software engineers to ensure secure architectures and implement secure, scalable solutions.
• Own the cloud footprint of the security stack and their AWS-based hosting boundaries.
• Lead complex security initiatives with working-backwards plans and risk management.
• Provide concise status updates to senior leaders and manage cross-team dependencies.
