Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - Contribute to safe, efficient department operations as part of the team.
