Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Ohio Board of Nursing licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• CPR certification and nursing field experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and revises plan of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - Supports daily unit operations and patient flow.
