Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of Staff Relations experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Staff Relations experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of Staff Relations experience OR High School diploma with 10 years of Staff Relations experience

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts to HR partners and leaders.
• Conduct impartial HR investigations and document findings with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with occupational health, benefits, and managers on accommodations and leaves.
• Ensure compliant ER practices with local HR partners and the Staff Relations team.
• Track and update cases in the ER case management system.
• Assist in implementing ER process improvements and training.
• Deliver training on HR policies, investigations, and workplace behaviors.
