Job summary

Amgen in North Carolina is seeking a Business Performance Manager, Site Engagement & Culture to lead strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and onboarding at the North Carolina site.

You will develop initiatives, oversee onboarding, track headcount and staffing risks, create leadership-ready tools and metrics, and collaborate with HR, Corporate Affairs, and site leaders to continuously improve the employee experience in a complex biotech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 10+ years, or degree with 8/4/2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI preferred.

Role:
