Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Staff Relations Manager to lead employee relations for the Operations function. The role is on-site at one of Amgen’s manufacturing facilities in Rhode Island, Cambridge, North Carolina and/or Ohio, with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum on-site presence of 3 days per week.

You will partner with HR Leaders, Compliance, Legal and Learning to protect Amgen values, investigate policy violations, coach staff and managers, and guide on performance, discipline, and workplace

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher required for Staff Relations role.
• Multiple pathways: Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and HR investigations expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER guidance on performance management, discipline, and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct impartial HR investigations and document findings.
