• Strong hands-on craft in program design, governance, decision frameworks, and execution tracking.
• Able to use data to drive tough conversations, align leaders, and articulate risks and outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage up and down, build trust, and present to senior leaders with impact.
• Skilled at balancing strategic portfolio shaping with quarterly operational improvements.
• Excellent communicator across formats and audiences to drive alignment and action.
• Strong relationship-building; influence without authority in complex environments.
• Passion for customer success and measurable impact for global customers.
• Bonus for prior consulting experience in top-tier firms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and launch multi-org programs from inception to execution, aligned to strategic objectives.
• Build the right team, establish clear roles, accountability, and workflows.
• Drive execution with metrics, risk mitigation, and measurable business outcomes for global customers.
• Create cohesive narratives tying business unit and program strategies together using data.
• Engage with executives to align on priorities, present updates, and gain sponsorship.
• Identify high-impact initiatives, manage trade-offs, and present clear recommendations.
• Deliver crisp updates to diverse audiences on strategy, status, and next steps.
• Anticipate challenges, navigate competing interests, and keep teams motivated.
