Job summary

Intuit in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Principal Program Manager on the Customer Success team. This high-impact role is for a builder and craftsperson who can take a vision, design the blueprint, assemble the right team, and drive programs from ground to peak performance.

You will shape strategy, architect programs from scratch, and organize teams around the work so they can deliver with speed and clarity.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs from scratch.
Ability to create clarity from ambiguity by designing programs, teams, and processes.
Strong operational craft in governance, design, and execution tracking.
Skilled at using data to drive alignment, decisions, and risk mitigation.
Proven ability to influence up and down, securing executive sponsorship and trust.

Responsibilities

Architect multi-org programs from inception to execution aligned to GBSG objectives.
Build and mobilize the right team with clear roles, workflows, and accountability.
Drive execution with metrics and risk mitigation to deliver measurable outcomes for global customers.
Tell a strategic story and influence stakeholders across functions to align priorities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to present progress, recommendations, and buy-in.
