Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Program Manager on the Customer Success team to shape strategy, architect programs from the ground up, and lead multi-functional teams from concept to execution. This high-impact role rewards clarity, momentum, and measurable impact across our global customer base.

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex, cross-functional SaaS programs.
Ability to start from ambiguity and create clarity for fast outcomes.
Strong operational craft in program design, governance, and execution tracking.
Data-driven, able to facilitate tough conversations and communicate risks clearly.
Proven ability to influence, build trust, and secure executive sponsorship.
Experience operating at strategic and tactical levels across portfolios.

Responsibilities

Architect and launch multi-org programs from inception to execution, aligned with GBSG objectives.
Build and mobilize the right team, define roles, and establish workflows for fast delivery.
Drive flawless execution using metrics, risk mitigation, and disciplined governance.
Craft strategic narratives that align portfolios and secure executive buy-in.
Engage with senior leadership to set priorities, present progress, and gain sponsorship.
Identify high-impact initiatives, manage trade-offs, and make clear recommendations.
Communicate status and next steps to diverse audiences with clarity.
Navigate challenges, balance competing interests, and maintain momentum.
