Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 8-15 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering.
- Experience working with customer-facing engineering groups.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical interface between customer engineering, product design and factory teams.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical inputs for NPI, manufacturing, test and quality engineering.
- Bridge between customer engineering, product design and factory operations to balance needs with feasibility.
- Coordinate with global teams to drive manufacturability improvements across NPI and MP lifecycles.
- Partner with NPI and technical launch teams during new product launches to embed customer requirements early.
