Job summary

You will drive NUDD/PFMEA/DFM analyses, translate topographies into work instructions, and push continuous improvement to accelerate time to market while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/industrial) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and process design concepts.
• Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness reviews for NPI launches across sites.
• Identify disruptor products and develop rapid launch processes.
• Translate product topographies into manufacturing work instructions.
• Drive PFMEA/DFM based readiness and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to resolve conflicts.
• Analyze KPIs to improve time-to-market and launch readiness.
