Job summary

ZT Systems in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineering Technician to support Manufacturing Engineers in measuring and analyzing processes, developing tooling, and implementing SOPs. The role covers end-to-end production from material prep to shipment.

You will document factory operations, train production personnel, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related discipline or HS diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with data collection and entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS documents and SOPs for new products or processes.
• Measure and support manufacturing processes; train production personnel; develop SOPs.
• Collect and analyze key production metrics to support improvements; participate in Kaizen events.
• Support design and implementation of cross-functional processes and tooling for NPI; perform time studies and data collection.
