Job summary
ZT Systems is seeking a Staff New Products Introduction Engineer to lead manufacturing readiness for product launches. You will oversee end-to-end production readiness, from material prep to shipment preparation, across global sites.
The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and design teams to resolve conflicts and drive efficient, repeatable processes. With 5+ years in engineering and fluency in manufacturing systems, you will apply NUDD, PFMEA and DFM methodologies to strengthen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred).
- 5+ years in an engineering role.
- Fluency with manufacturing systems and process design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing readiness reviews for NPI launches across global sites.
- Identify disruptor products and develop unique processes for rapid launch.
- Translate product topographies into manufacturing work instructions.
- Coordinate between manufacturing and design to resolve conflicts with factory capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement through NUDD, PFMEA and DFM analyses.
- Lead lab efforts to identify and resolve launch issues.
