Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, in Secaucus, NJ, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes, develop tooling, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvements across the end-to-end production flow.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, translate requirements into actionable factory actions, and optimize floor layouts for efficiency, safety, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with factory layout planning and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes and develop tooling.
• Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvements in the factory.
• Review feasibility, translate requirements into factory actions, and enable production of new products.
• Design factory floor layouts for better flow and efficiency.
• Maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and Value Stream Maps.
• Provide manufacturing support, resolve interruptions, and manage project budgets.
