ZT Systems is seeking a Staff NPI Program Manager to join our Secaucus, NJ HQ. You will lead operational activities for new product launches, coordinating with manufacturing, product development, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience required (Master’s degree with 3+ years acceptable).
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork across manufacturing, development, supply chain, and logistics.
• Advanced analytical thinking and data manipulation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and PLM technologies.
• Experience with data visualization and cross-functional metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities for new product launches and execution to customer requirements.
• Own customer communications for NPI readiness and set expectations on schedule and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, product development, and logistics.
• Plan material readiness for prototype builds and validate incoming material quality.
• Track development build execution, manage issues to closure, ensure operational readiness.
• Manage quotations and purchase orders related to NPIs.
• Prepare ramp-up operations to ensure day-to-day product delivery.
• Create solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
• Monitor NPI inventory to mitigate aging and excess risk.
• Analyze processes and drive improvements with performance metrics.
